In 2018, Monaco launched an international campaign to explain people how it is possible to have a green and responsible life when living or visiting the Principality, while still having a Glam Experience. This is the reason why this campaign is called: « Green is the New Glam ». Regarding the success of the project in 2018 in Monaco and at International, it continues in 2019.
The Grimaldi Forum Monaco is committed to the Monaco Transition Plan about Energy. The Monaco event center is now committed to solar energy (in addition of sea energy).
Monaco commits to the fight against deforestation. Several projects are conducted. Among them, we find, « The Monaco Charter on Wood », held by Monaco Government, Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, MC2D and IMEDD Monaco:
